2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information in server log files. This is necessary to provide the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.

4. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us or use the order form, your details are used only to answer your request and to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). When you send the order form by email, your details are transmitted to our server and forwarded to our sales mailbox; they are not stored on the server. The contact form opens your own email app. When you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your data according to its own privacy policy.

5. Google Maps

On the contact page a map from Google Ireland Ltd. is loaded only after you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner.

7. Storage period

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
